soya or not? decide for yourself

Its reputation as an anti-cancer, cholesterol-lowering, osteoporosis-fighting, low-fat all round good egg of a product is based on bad science and superlative marketing by the powerful soya industry. soya is not the 21st century superfood that packs the ability to reduce cancer or wadeva shit...

It contains high quantities of various toxic chemicals, which cannot be fully destroyed even by the long cooking process. These are: phytates, which block the body's uptake of minerals; enzyme inhibitors, which hinder protein digestion; and haemaggluttin, which causes red blood cells to clump together and inhibits oxygen take-up and growth. Most controversially of all, soya contains high levels of the phytoestrogens (also known as isoflavones) genistein and daidzein, which mimic and sometimes block the hormone oestrogen.

so they say that it is because the jap huge intake of soya that protectes them from all sorts of health problems.. how are we goin going to account for that?

actually it is all again marketing strategies to let the world c how beneficial is soya but it fact all the reports are just exaggerations. a jap dont take that mauch soya a day and what keeps them healthy is the fact that their diet contains mainly of fish and fresh veg and little of all those junk food and carcinogenic stuff that most ppl around the world eat. in addition the fact that they have low rates of breast, uterus, colon and prostate cancers is Not because they eat soya. its is just that the asians' body is in such a way that they have better immunity to such things bud more prone to thyroid and digestive cancers, including cancer of the stomach, pancreas, liver and oesophagus.

okay abt 2 weeks left i tink till a levels.. and still have lots of things still not yet covered.. eh the tag thing i tink it is kinda long so i tink i wun do it paiseh arh haha.. everybody jiayou ok for their revision though i doubt the everybody would b anibodi except for yj haha.. nowadays there are lesser and lesser things to write because everybody is studying so there are not much things to write about or maybe people like to check out how u are doing and do some self regulatory thing.. ok i also do not even know what i am writing here. and yes i amd using some proper english here because as i am typing mdm mahaha just appeared in my mind which eventually reminds me of my poor gp grades. yed definitely i got to buck up. so much thing sto do and so little time left sian

we have been studying day and night. night and day. we will continue to do so until the a levels end. qns such as y didn we work hard from the start of last year alwaex appear. for my case it was special or mayb it is juz self proclaimed special. oh well. it was 2 very tiring yrs that i had gone through and personally i felt it was slow. now it is time for the final. as i said i really look forward to after the exams coz then i can have lots of farn.. thisfew daes as wme and my friends are studyin we discussed abt how are we gonna live our life after the a levels lol and we came out with many plans.. although such discussions were a bit of waste of time bud it was kinda fun.. 4 me the main thing is to get a job since i am onli enterin army april next year.. tat means i ahve a lot of time.. so i want to earn alot alot of money so i can do wadeva i like with it. of course after the a's will continue continue favourite past times like dotain and ya of course clubbin which i think wad most ppl ard me will do..oso would like to go shoppin.. this means i muz earn alot alot of moni haha.. ya almost forget is to go for spa.. thats the most most most impt.. arh.. haha...
